Oshurkovs' Manor (3, Chapaeva St.)

Manor was among the estates of the wealthy merchant, located in the heart of the king's bridge and Bishop street (now Chapaeva street). Is a model of urban merchants manor of Ekaterinburg in the second half of the XIX century.

Your stone house Oshurkova brothers began in 1858 and was completed by 1876 were Behind the outbuildings, garden on the Bank of the Iset with pavilions, gazebos, bath (now lost). The house itself has retained a prominent position in the beginning of the street and together with the neighboring forms an interesting building front in which the tradition of classicism combined with splendor of eclecticism.
